Learn to move smarter and have fun in this Pilates mat-based workout. This dynamic class will focus on moving with awareness of breath, alignment, coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. Familiar movements and poses from Pilates mat-based exercises, as well as yoga and other mindful movement practices, will be incorporated. Continuously flowing from one exercise to the next, you will be encouraged to optimize efficient breath and movement strategies and thus decrease the stress in your life and it’s negative physical consequences.

It is connected to the cyclic nature and rhythms of life and is associated with intuition, shadow, balance and influence.
