Levels
A class for everyone...

Level 1 - A beginner-friendly class that gently builds strength and flexibility, with extended time spent on warming-up and cooling-down.
Level 1-2 - Beginner-friendly, yet gradually requiring more strength and flexibility.
Level 2 - An intermediate class for those with some yoga experience who want a more active practice.
Level 2-3 - A vigorous and challenging class for those wanting to take their practice to a higher level, requiring increasingly more stamina, strength and flexibility.
Level 3 - An advanced class for those with prior yoga experience and a consistent practice who want to expand their practice.
