InterPlay: Introductory Workshop   

Saturdays, February 11 & 25 from 3:00-4:30 pm with Sarah Carlson

InterPlay is an embodied practice that cultivates access to your fully emboldened creative self. Our time will be filled with stories, stillness, movement & music that seek to unlock the wisdom of the body. Come fall into a safe space of exploration and possibility; discover the ease and amusement within yourself. 


Yoga for Anxiety & Depression

Sunday, February 12 from 2:00–3:30 pm with Beth Wernham   $10

Experience LifeForce Yoga®, a practice of compassion that creates a safe container to embrace and accept all the dualities of mood.  The practice is adapted to the student, so each individual can move into a balanced emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and self-awareness. 

The workshop will introduce students to the tools of LifeForce Yoga®, such as various yogic breathing practices, asana, sounds, imagery, and yoga nidra.  Students will experience a sense of calm, an elevation of mood, decreased symptoms of depression or anxiety, increased access to feelings, and deeper self-awareness.

SULTRY & DYNAMIC ~ Belly Dance Essentials with TAHYA
Celebrate your beauty, confidence, and grace through dance movements suited to EVERY WOMEN! ALL AGES!

In this class Tahya will introduce participants to hip articulations, shimmies, and graceful hand and arm gestures all the while delving into the essence of this intoxicating ancient art.  Discover the passion beneath this mysterious dance known by many names – Danse Orientale, Oriental Dance, Middle Eastern Dance.... Belly Dance.

Join in on the fun with ACE-certified instructor Tahya ~ participation in this class will stimulate the senses and renew your enthusiasm as you discover your personal creative resources!

The exotic music will transport you to another time and culture. All ages, shapes and dance backgrounds are welcome. Dress Code: Comfortable clothing, plus be prepared to dance barefoot.
