WE Align

WE Align is based on the tradition of Iyengar Yoga.  The sequences in this class will develop strength, flexibility, concentration and body alignment.  You will gain a clear understanding of the poses through demonstration and specific teachings.  The use of props in this method of yoga allows you to benefit and experience fully the poses taught during the class.  You will be given individual corrections and adjustments when necessary.  This class is suitable for any individual interested in learning more about the correct  alignment of poses and yoga philosophy.  All levels are welcome to attend this class.
