  • Consider downloading the Vagaro App (not Pro), making registration easier and quicker. Note: Registration through Apple, Google and Facebook are not always reliable.
  • If the times of classes seem off, please check “Time Based On” at the beginning of your class sign-up page, and change to Allentown.
  • If you don’t find an expected class on the Vagaro schedule, please check our website to see if it has been canceled, which rarely occurs.
  • If you get a message “Do you want to add a friend?” on Vagaro, you can click on the cart icon in the upper right corner and checkout from there.
  • If using an IPhone or IPad, you must download the Vagaro App (not Pro) in order to join an online class.

CHAIR YOGA with Beth

Yoga is truly for EveryBody, so if your body is in the stages of healing or you are living with a condition that makes it difficult to do yoga on the mat, this is the class for you!

RESTORATIVE YOGA with Shana
Wednesdays, 7-8 pm

This class is a gentle, calming practice where poses are fully supported and held for several minutes to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and support healing.

YIN YOGA with Monique
Thursdays, 6-7 pm

In this class you are holding a supported pose for 3 -5 minutes. Yin targets the bones, ligaments, joints, and fascia. It is an all-levels class.

INDIVIDUAL YOGA SERIES To be scheduled at your convenience Have you wanted to try yoga, yet might have some questions or concerns? If so, this might be the answer!  You will become familiar with breathing techniques, yoga poses, modifications and the use of props, in a series of 3 1-hour introductory sessions for $120.

INTEGRATED POSITIONAL THERAPY FOR EVERYDAY LIVING with Connie Williams
