This 45-minute class will flow through a contemporary blend of Pilates exercises to increase control and stability while targeting the transverse abdominals as well as other muscle groups. In this class one can expect to learn proper form and alignment by building on the basics of Pilates strength that serve as a perfect balance to those who practice yoga.
