A lifelong runner, Merrilee Durrwachter entered her first yoga class after pulling a hamstring muscle in 2010. Although she began practicing yoga intending simply to stretch her muscles, she started to notice other physical and emotional benefits that extended beyond her yoga mat. Merrilee knew that she wanted more yoga in her life, so she entered West End Yoga’s 200-hour yoga teacher training program, which she completed in January 2014.
