  • WE Flow L1This level-1 class includes stretching and strengthening for beginners, seniors, prenatal and postnatal, those rehabilitating and for anyone wanting or needing a gentler practice. Breathing, relaxation techniques and the use of props will guarantee you experience the benefits of yoga safely and mindfully. with LizLiz strives to bring that sense of peace and joy to others through teaching. She enjoys guiding a meditative style of yoga. A practice that focuses on the breath, self-care and self-acceptance.  Liz believes in the benefits of yoga for the body and the mind and is excited to share that with others. She is also excited to continue to evolve as a student and teacher to see where that journey takes her in life. 8:30 am to 9:30 am

  • WE Flow L1 (LS)This level-1 class includes stretching and strengthening for beginners, seniors, prenatal and postnatal, those rehabilitating and for anyone wanting or needing a gentler practice. Mindful breathing, relaxation techniques and pose modifications will provide a safe and effective practice. with ShanaShana Baumgartner was first introduced to yoga in 1999 while living in California. She explored different yoga styles and take different classes, eventually falling in love with the fluidity and synchronicity of movement and breath that characterizes the Vinyasa flow style. In 2012, she decided to commit more fully to yoga by completing a 200-hour teacher training at West End Yoga; a truly life-changing experience! She continues to work on deepening her practice, guiding and learning from others on and off the mat, and maintaining her balance and calm.

  • WE Flow L1-2 (LS)In this level 1-2 class, move with your breath, flowing from one pose to another and within a pose. Increase body and breath awareness and attain inner calm as you strengthen and stretch. Poses for stillness and relaxation will balance the practice. Through postures and conscious breathing, become steady, strong, flexible and relaxed. with LeahLeah Naylor began practicing yoga as a child, with her mom who was, and still is, a yoga instructor. Leah continues to experience her true Yoga practice on the mat and off as she now finds every life experience and every moment to be one in which her Yoga can be practiced and deepened in new ways. She feels gratitude for the abundance of teachers, experiences and moments of humility and growth she finds through and because of her Yoga. Leah’s classes are guided in the style of Vinyasa Yoga, flowing from pose to pose with your breath, and are designed around the needs (or wants) of her students. Her flows are creative, focused and slow to encourage a deeper awareness and understanding of the body, breath, mind and heart.

  • Kripalu YogaInspired by the practices of Swami Kripalu, this beginner-friendly class offers a deep integration of breath work and postures. After body and breathing warm ups, we flow between and within postures to increase awareness and alignment, and to deepen into holds of postures. The class is led by a teacher immersed in Kripalu Methodology and a graduate of the Kripalu Center’s 500 hour program. with LisaLisa Bryan is a 500-hour certified teacher in the Kripalu Yoga tradition. She brings a passion for learning and holistic health into her classes and she loves to teach the breadth and depth of yoga practice with a sense of humor and nurturing. Breathing techniques (pranayama) and guiding deep relaxation experiences in svasana posture are her specialties.   • Yin YogaYin Yoga incorporates intentionally-placed poses which are held for 3-5 minutes to enhance effective stretching throughout the body. with MoniqueMonique Shetayh has been practicing yoga since 2006.  During the Summer of 2016, she decided to enroll in the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at West End Yoga because she was ready to deepen her knowledge and practice. Monique found the "journey" to be a "humbling, purifying and transformational experience", as she noticed the ways in which going inward inspired self-discovery and self-growth.  Yoga brings "balance, grounding, healing and calmness to my mind and body". Her yoga practice inspires her "to be better, to think less, to feel more and to simply be in the present moment". She instills patience, creativity, and empathy into her yoga instruction. By providing a variety of  differentiation and support in her classes, she hopes to individualize her instruction to make yoga accessible for all participants. She received her  200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through West End Yoga in June 2021 and holds additional certification in Yin, Chair, and Yoga Nidra. 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Through postures and conscious breathing, become steady, strong, flexible and relaxed. with KellyTeaching and sharing her yoga have always been a dream of Kelly's, and with the support of her husband, she completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training at West End Yoga in 2023. As with many things in her life, Kelly has learned that growth happens when you step out of your comfort zone and go after the things that set your soul on fire. And with that, she took a leap and has put her dream of teaching yoga into motion! Kelly gains inspiration from fellow yoga teachers and loves creating classes that share what she has learned from previous classes she has taken. After being a 2nd grade teacher for 8 years, she is excited to embark on this new and different way to “teach” and is looking forward to sharing her yoga with you all! 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Tuesday

  • Gentle YogaThis class is for you if you are postnatal, recuperating from an injury, have a chronic condition that prohibits extensive movement, or just want relaxing, gentle stretching and strengthening. It is necessary to be able to practice seated on your mat, and on your back, belly, and knees. We will focus on mindful breathing and body awareness throughout the practice. with CatCathy Cappel discovered the benefits of yoga in the 70’s, and credits her yoga experience for her continued flexibility, strength and vitality. Adding stillness and silence in meditation/prayer to her practice has helped to calm, center, and focus her on becoming and being her True Self. Cat enjoys guiding and encouraging her yogis on the path of Self-Love and Acceptance, discovering their true nature, and realizing how truly loving, peaceful and wise they are.  Cat believes that Love is who we are, and we need to Be that Love to be happy. “Let your teacher be love itself” (Rumi).   • Hot Flow L1-2This class is "heated" to between 90° and 95° and is focused on healing, detoxifying and exhilarating the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. Bring a small towel and a water bottle. This class is NOT recommended for individuals with cardiovascular conditions. with SydneySydney believes that yoga is for everyone. She sees her practice as one of the greatest gifts in her life, and she is passionate about sharing the power of yoga with others by providing space for her students to slow down, create space, prioritize their own well-being, and discover the gift of yoga for themselves both on and off the mat. 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

  • Chair YogaChair Yoga is a unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more support and stability. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing poses, forward and backward bends, side extensions, balancing, and leg and arm stretches. Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. with BethBeth Wernham is an E-RYT-500 through Yoga Alliance. Her journey in yoga began over 25 years ago as a way to manage anxiety and depression. In 2001, she studied Mindfulness Meditation and in 2008, she received her YTT-200 at Open Heart Yoga in Orefield, PA.   As a clinical social worker, she realized quickly that talk therapy was only part of a healing process for many of her clients, and became certified to teach yoga for depression and anxiety through LifeForce Yoga. In 2016 she received her YTT-500 at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and in 2017 she became certified as a Chair Yoga teacher with Lakshmi Voelker’s program.   She is also certified as a Children’s Yoga instructor and yoga for pregnant students. Yogic awareness came to her as a result of her heritage but she got into the physical practice of yoga only in her 40’s. As she delved into it more, the layers started unraveling and the journey continues. She truly believe that yoga is a lifestyle that each one of us can benefit from, regardless of shape, size or physical limitations. Prabha believes that learning is a lifelong process and is continually seeking to better herself by attending workshops and classes with other teachers. While continually learning from others, she believes Yoga is a very personal experience and her classes are tailored to the practitioners needs.
