Nia

Amico Studios-1909Nia Scharle took her first yoga class in 2009 at the Allentown Rose Garden.  From that day forth, her love and passion for the practice has done nothing but grow and benefit her life in so many ways!  Shortly after this first class, Nia set foot into the West End Yoga studio.  Welcomed with nothing but warm hugs and love, she now knew this was something that would change her life forever.  In the year 2013, Nia moved to California and began a daily practice of yoga.  She immediately felt the positive physical and emotional impact this had on her life.

Recently, Nia returned to West End Yoga, where it all began, and graduated from their 2014 Yoga Teacher Training program. Nia plans to combine this certification with the tools she uses while working with children in hopes to allow adults the enjoyment of play once again.  Working with children, she uses play to spark their imagination and inspire them.  Being a yoga instructor will allow her to bring play into her yoga classes, igniting positive energy and creating a fun and peaceful atmosphere.

Nia loves and stresses the fact that yoga is for all ages and is universal.  She states, “Self- discovery and love are the two things that overcome my body as I step on my mat, preparing to slip away into my journey.  Hopefully, I will inspire all of my students so that they too, will one day experience the same beauty of the practice as I do every day.”
