Jamie Laputka, RN, E-RYT 500, RPYT

Jamie brings a blend of clinical knowledge, athletic performance insight, and deep yoga experience to every class she teaches. With over 20 years of personal practice and advanced training across multiple disciplines, Jamie has evolved into a highly specialized instructor focused on helping people move better, feel stronger, and heal more fully.

Jamie  specializes in prenatal yoga, where she combines her medical background, doula training, and childbirth education to support mothers throughout pregnancy. Her prenatal classes focus on building strength, improving mobility, and teaching breathwork and mindfulness techniques that prepare both body and mind for labor and delivery. She is passionate about empowering women with knowledge, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies and their babies, helping them approach childbirth feeling strong, informed, and supported.

As a certified Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness instructor, Jamie’s approach to therapeutic yoga, offers a slower, more mindful approach for individuals managing illness, chronic conditions, or physical limitations. Drawing on her medical background and yoga therapy training, Jamie creates a safe, empowering environment where students can reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and restore balance.

As a Registered Nurse, certified childbirth educator, birth doula, Jamie has an exceptional understanding of the human body—both in peak performance and during times of recovery and transition. She integrates this knowledge into her teaching, creating classes that are not only physically effective but also deeply intentional and supportive.  Jamie’s teaching style is grounded, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She believes yoga should be accessible, purposeful, and transformative—whether you’re training hard, preparing for birth, healing, or simply looking to feel better in your body.
