Build strength from the inside out in this supportive beginner-level mat Pilates class blending classical exercises with contemporary movement approaches. Emphasis is placed on breath, alignment, and core stability to support posture and ease of movement in everyday life. A wonderful complement to your yoga practice.
This weekly class is appropriate for beginners, students returning to movement after time away, and yoga practitioners interested in developing deeper core awareness and strength. Options are offered so you can move at a comfortable and sustainable pace.

• coordination and body awareness
No prior Pilates experience is necessary. New students are welcome at any time.
Because this class includes spinal flexion and rolling-based exercises, it is not recommended for students with osteoporosis or osteopenia. It may also not be appropriate for those with recent spinal injury, active disc concerns, recent abdominal or spinal surgery, acute neck pain with flexion sensitivity, or late-term pregnancy.
